About Pizza Perfect

Pizza Perfect first opened in 1983 in a small doughnut shop on Granny White Pike. Brothers Amir and Ali Arab and partner Raouf Mattin quickly knew they were on to something good…except for the doughnuts. They had great pizza, but continued making doughnuts to make the regular customers happy. That was until a woman complained that her doughnut “tasted like garlic.” So, they decided to stick to what they did best, pizza. The business grew and Amir decided to expand. In 1990 the Arab brothers split their partnership with Raouf, but kept the name Pizza Perfect. Amir opened up Pizza Perfect on 21st Ave with his brother Ali, while Raouf continues to operate the Granny White location to this day. Pizza Perfect was constantly being named the best pizza in Nashville. Amir decided it was time again to expand and found a location in Bellevue. In 1997 he opened the Bellevue location on his own. Pizza Perfect continues to be named the “Best Pizza in Nashville” by city guides and customer polls every year. We attribute the continued success to the quality of our employees, customer service, and food.

We make everything fresh in each individual restaurant. Dough is made every day from scratch; sometimes twice a day. All of our sauces are made in house to their original recipe. Mozzarella cheese is even shredded and mixed in house. We are always striving to keep the best quality for our customers, while keeping our prices low.
